Club News - 2016

Jane and Danni compete in the Bitch Obedience Championships, Crufts 2016

A long time coming, now Barbara and Rafa have qualified to work Championship C! Rafa won his C (and final qualifier) at Bath Open Show in August 2016 and is now 'Rafa Nadal Obedience Warrant'. What an achievement!

Wow Emma and Riley! Winning two novices on back to back weekends!

Congratulations to Team CDDTC finishing third in the 10 Teams Rally!

Competing club members are encouraged to join the Obedience Leagues which reward consistency at any level in Limit, Open or Championship Obedience classes. Don't forget to register for the club league so CDDTC can collect points. Go Team!

Crufts was a fantastic showing for CDDTC with Jane and Danni competing in the Obedience Championships, Kathy and Rubi competing in the Special PreBeginners Obedience Stakes, and Kate and Tuzzi and Juliet and Sweep competing in breed. Well done everyone!

Many congratulations to Kathy and Rubi winning out of PreBeginners at Forest Oak Farm Open Show in February!

Club News - 2015

Congratulations to Kathy Williams and Ruby, on qualifying for the Kennel Club Special Prebeginners Good Citizens Stakes at Discover Dogs 2015. Best of luck in the final at Crufts 2016!

Go Julie Harding and Cassie! Three shows in 2015 and three wins in Class A. Now Class B only for 2016.

Well done to Kate Claxton and Tuzzi and Vicky Norton and Lola for winning out of Beginners in 2015. No going back now!

Many congratulations to Jane Bint and Danni, winning their third ticket at Wirral Championship Obedience Show in May 2015 and making Obedience Champion Janyjoy Jumping Jaro.

CDDTC was well represented at Crufts 2015:

  • Congratulations to Babs Sharp and Jazz, on getting to the final of the Kennel Club Special Prebeginners Good Citizens Stakes but moreso for winning! What a tremendous start to the year, may it be an omen of good things to come.

  • Maria Carter has the privilege of judging the Obreedience Display and Competition, featuring four dogs of the same breed performing set tests.

  • One of our longest standing members, Juliet Mockford, was invited to judge her favourite breed, the Border Collie.
